Happy Birthday to Me!

Imagine my surprise when I came home from work on my birthday and found a great big cardboard tri-fold birthday card on the table waiting for my arrival.  Here is the cover:

Here is the inside, full of wonderful birthday thoughts from my kids....AND my floors were vacuumed perfectly!  My kids are so thoughtful. Thank you. 

Even my oldest daughter sent a sweet card that made me cry:

My husband then took us all to dinner to celebrate the aged woman in our family!!

The British Are Coming!

The British have actually come and gone already.

The boys went to a British soccer camp last week and had  wee bit of fun with real life British and Irish coaches.

~

Their accents were entertaining enough, but they also taught the kids valuable soccer skills.

They were divided into National teams and had to do research on the country, the team,  and the flag...

...Hence the green and blue colored hair, face, and clothes.

Parker came home and said, "Mom, they call me Nugget, but it sounds like "Nuget".

The boys are already excited for next year when they come back!
