Pier 39

Pier 39 has grown up since we were here last!
There are more shops and things to do.

The sea lions seem to be a permanent fixture, however.
I remember them being noisier. Today they were sleeping.

Behind this carousel is a stage where performers entertain the crowds.
We watched a "funny" man juggle swords while balancing on a teeter- totter.
He pulled a volunteer from the audience to help him who was visiting from Idaho .

Apparently this is a problem in San Francisco??
I had to take a picture of this sign.
No one at home would believe me.
Caden's favorite restaurant is any place that serves BBQ ribs.
Um, so good!

We had a great lunch at the Pier Market, where we ordered fresh fish.
Well, some of us did.
Kailey ordered her familiar Chicken Caesar's Salad, and
Parker ordered corn dogs and french fries.
We tried to introduce our kids to culture!
